At Protection Paints, we are committed to providing high-quality paint products that meet your needs. However, we understand that circumstances may change, or you may not be satisfied with your purchase. Please review our refund and cancellation policy below.

Cancellations

Order Cancellations:

Standard Paint Orders: You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. After this period, cancellations are not accepted as orders may already be processed or shipped.

Custom-Mixed Paints:

Orders for custom-mixed paints are non-cancellable once the mixing process has begun. Please ensure your color choices are final before placing your order.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Standard Paint Products:

Unopened, standard paint products can be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. The products must be in their original condition and packaging.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong colour shipped).
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect your return.

Custom-Mixed Paints:

Due to the personalized nature of custom-mixed paints, these items are non-refundable and non-returnable. Please double-check your colour selections before placing your order.
If you believe there is an issue with the quality or accuracy of your custom mix, please contact our customer service team, and we will work with you to resolve the problem.

Damaged or Defective Products

If your paint products arrive damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as necessary.
Please provide photos of the damaged or defective product when contacting our support team.
